International Order Placing

From January 1st through September 30th, we accept international orders from and ship to the following countries:
Canada, Ireland, Australia, & New Zealand.

Due to a high volume of domestic orders, we temporarily suspend shipping internationally between October 1st and December 31st each year. We typically resume shipping internationally after January 1st.

International Shipping Information

International orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Applicable tariffs, taxes, and duties may apply to orders shipped outside the Continental 48 United States. You are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, and duties. These are not included in the shipping charge. To get more information on tariffs, taxes, and duties, please contact your local customs office.

International shipping charges and applicable tariffs/duties are not refundable.

Additional Shipping Charges may apply to oversized shipments, orders that weigh over 20 lbs, orders that require multiple boxes, or Orders that otherwise require special handling.

For all orders that require a shipping quote, we will email you a shipping quote for approval before shipping. We will hold the shipment until we receive your confirmation.

International Order Returns

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges for any order shipped outside of the Continental 48 US States. International shipping charges and applicable tariffs, taxes, and duties are not refundable.
